After a career in the gendarmerie, I now devote myself fully to muscle recovery — for athletes and active people alike.
My strength? Precise listening, a rigorous approach and a real balance between deep muscle work and caring touch. Each session is unique and tailored to the specific needs of each person. My goal is to help you reach your full physical potential while taking care of your overall well-being. Recovery is not a luxury, it is a necessity.

How a session unfolds
A short introductory conversation lets me pinpoint your needs and suggest the massage that suits you. You choose between three oils and stay in your underwear (covered by a sheet) for oil massages. Massages are carried out with full respect for your privacy and comfort: we do not provide any massage of a sexual nature.
The massages provided have no therapeutic aim: they are well-being massages. If you are injured, we will refer you to healthcare professionals.
Contraindications
There are contraindications to massage (pathologies, fever, inflammation, injuries, oil allergies). If in doubt, ask us when booking; we will review it again at the start of the session.
Important
Please arrive exactly on time: there is no waiting room. Each session includes 15 minutes on top of the booked massage time — for discussing your needs, settling in and changing, and a moment of recovery at the end. Example: for a 60-minute massage, allow 1h15 in total.
