Your consent (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR) for contact and booking management. Your explicit consent (art. 9.2.a of the GDPR) for the processing of health data from the anamnesis.

Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties. The website is hosted by OVH SAS (European Union).
Retention periods
Contact details and health data (intake form): retained for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
