General terms and conditions
1. Subject & provider
These terms govern the wellness and sports massage services offered by Sabine ROQUES (EI), 29 rue Smolett, 06300 Nice — SIRET 105 947 659 00014.
2. Services & prices
Services and prices are those displayed on the site at the time of booking. VAT not applicable, article 293 B du CGI.
3. Booking
Bookings are made online. Any booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank card and bank transfer. Payment is made on site, after the session.
5. Cancellation & rescheduling
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, or of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the practitioner reserves the right to refuse any future booking.
6. Lateness
In the event of lateness, the session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments, without any reduction in price.
7. Nature of services & contraindications
The services are wellness and sports recovery massages. They do not constitute a medical, paramedical or therapeutic act, and do not replace medical advice. The practitioner may refuse or interrupt a session in the event of a contraindication.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Consumer mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the Code de la consommation, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute, after first sending a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory response: Société de la Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), rue Marc Sangnier, 33130 Bègles. 10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
